Factory Tour:

We combined all the production process from CNC tooling, sand mixing, casting, grinding, enameling,assembly and packaging in our factory.

We are using the world’s most advanced equipment in our production to ensure the best and consistency quality.

  • DISA automatic molding machine and sand mixer (imported from Denmark)
  • ABP electric furnace (imported from Germany)
  • Robot spraying lines and roller hearth electric furnace (imported from Italy)
China Factory

Located in Tianjin, covers an area of 90,000 square meters. Taking 80km to Xingang port has good connectivity to arrange the shipments around the world.

  • 3 sets of DISA automatic molding machine
  • 1 set of 6 ton ABP electric furnace
  • 33 sets of Robot arm spraying
Vietnam Factory

Located in Bac Ninh Province, covers an area of 125,000 square meters.
Taking 90km to Hai Phong port has good connectivity to arrange the shipments around the world.

  • 1 set of 6 ton ABP electric furnace
  • Disk auto spraying system
Quality Control:

Not only in production, we also have the advanced instruments to support our quality control:

For material checking, we have Spectromaxx imported from Germany,
which is the spectrometer that can exam
the molten iron contents of 5 major and 11 trace elements before our pouring.

We also conduct daily in-house impact test and thermal shock test,
to ensure the enamel adhesion.
And qualified management system of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001.

R&D:

We have strong R&D in product design and technique to support customers’ product development.
8 engineers and 27 mold makers in our R&D center. The CAD system has been used for the design and
prototype evaluation. Toolings are made in house by CNC machines.
Color match and enamel test are implemented in our own laboratory.

We complete more than 120 molds each year for new products. In addition to
the products designed in house, we also develop products and
components together with our valued customers.

All the designs and coating comply with the FDA, LFGB, EU and BS standards.
